1. Can I apply for the WA CCRG if I currently hold a grant from CRT?

With regards “current funding from the CRT” referred to in:

  • Clause 3.2 in the Guidelines;
  • Clause 1.2 and 6.3(l) in the Full Application; and
  • Clause 1.1 and Clause 1.3 in the Expression of Interest (EOI);

the applicant should in each case acknowledge any current CRT funding as well as stipulate whether they would be in receipt of the CRT funding at the date of the award of the WA CCRG grant, anticipated to be 27 July 2026. It is not possible for an applicant to hold concurrent funding for more than one grant.

2. Do I need to submit both paper and electronic versions of my Expression of Interest?

Yes, one hard copy is required and can be mailed to PO Box 226, Subiaco WA 6904 or delivered by hand to Suite 8, 110 Hay Street, Subiaco WA 6008 and the electronic version is to be emailed to info@cancerresearchtrust.org.au as a single Adobe Acrobat PDF or Microsoft Word file, not exceeding 5 MBs, including supporting documentation. Both copies need to be received by CRT prior to the closing time of 4PM (AWST) Friday 14 November 2025.

3. When will the Applicants be notified of the outcome of the application?

As per the Guidelines the anticipated timeline is as follows, but CRT reserves the right to change the timetable without notice if required.
